What Riders Ask Before Joining
Am I an Employee of LaGOna?
You join as a third-party sub-contractor rider. That is why you pick your own hours and switch online or offline yourself.
How Do Riders Get Paid?
In cash, right after every completed run. Riders keep 80% of each delivery fee, and Pasabay errand earnings are 100% yours at the rate you set.
What Is a Priority Rider?
A rider LaGOna assigns to specific merchants, which means regular pickups from stores you get to know well.
Which Areas Do Riders Cover?
Laguna, Philippines.
What Phone Do I Need?
An Android phone with the Google Play Store, signed in to the same Gmail you send us. The app runs on that account.
Why Does the App Ask for My Camera?
For delivery proof. LaGOna asks for location, notification, camera and storage access so tracking, alerts and proof photos all work on the road.
Who Do I Contact with Questions?
Write to zetasoft.ph@gmail.com with your name and town in Laguna.
Your First Trip Starts with One Form
Answer the rider form once, papers included. After LaGOna adds your Gmail to the rider list, you install the app and finish your profile.

One Network, Three Doors
Riding is one of three ways to GO. Here is what the other two sides get.
